Our large team of sales administrators are extremely well trained and experienced in handling all customers sales queries and orders for both the UK and World Wide markets. Whether by phone, fax, email or EDI, all orders are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner ensuring we maintain and grow our award winning customer service. Due to market demand we have recently extended the team to offer support to the growing Eastern European Market, alongside our russian speaking sales manager we now have in place a russian speaking sales administrator.

Technical and Training

Hunter's team of highly skilled plumbing design engineers offer customers advise on Hunter products, installation and design. This free of charge advise is also extended to our design and quotation service proving Hunter users accurate, comprehensive design solutions and detailed material schedules for all types of projects.

Their skills do not end here; we also offer a comprehensive training program to installers, stockists and specifiers for all Hunter products. You can attend our standard above and below ground drainage program, move to advanced offering installation, design and Building Regulation training or request a totally bespoke training session suited to your business needs. Courses normally involve both the theory and practical sides of plumbing so a great chance to get ‘hands on' with our products.

The Marketing team is charged with identifying the needs and wants of the customers and delivering benefits that will satisfy or enhance their experience.

We are looking to increase awareness, build on the Hunter and Multikwik brand reputation and through continued brand development and management, become the number one choice for customers.

We recognise the importance of brand value, not only ours but also that of our merchants and our creative will work in harmony with your identity and your established communication channels to help drive end user demand and build brand loyal end users.

By utilising our market analysis and working very closely with our sales force, product management team and merchants, we are able to deliver highly targeted, strategic campaigns which will deliver results in the most cost effective way.

Hunters marketing strategy has recently moved on from the traditional 'Four Ps' (Product, Place, Price and Promotion) to providing real solutions to benefit both the merchant and the end users – want to know how, just ask our customers.

Marketing campaigns can be costly – these costs could be passed on to the customer, we ensure that we get maximum return on minimal resources and promote through more targeted and measurable channels to benefit both our customers and ourselves.

Supply Chain

Supply Chain

The goal of the supply chain team is to provide service excellence to our Customers, ensuring that we deliver what they want, where and when they want it.

To do this, we manage our own production output and our external sources of materials and products using predictive analysis for forecasting and scheduling; we select suppliers who are as committed as we are to delivering quality products and services. Our quality team support our internal and external supply base so that only products that meet the standards we require are available as finished goods for our Customers - quality management is a core competency for our entire operation. Dedicated Hunter trucks deliver products daily to our substantial Customer base across the UK; we also offer a collection service from our facility in south-east London.

Customer service is the focus of everything we do. All our measurements are geared around the level of service we provide so that we know if we are meeting the standards we have set and more importantly, if we are failing to meet them. In a global economy where competition is just as likely to be from off-shore manufacturers as well as from the domestic market, businesses need to provide more than just product ranges they must offer a first-class service as well and this is why Hunter's focus is always on the Customer.

Our team comprises specialists in the field of demand management, headed by Colin Waters, whose experience of Hunter products and our Customer requirements has been gained during a long career with the company; warehouse and distribution is the responsibility of Steve Latter and his substantial team who manage the picking, loading and delivery of Customer orders on a daily basis - his challenge is to ensure that orders are timely and correct when they leave the site so that Customer orders are delivered in full and on time.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts

The Customer Accounts team are charged with cash collection and allocation for Hunter Plastics. In order to facilitate this they take pride in resolving any invoice queries promptly and efficiently and removing any impediment to prompt payment.

The department also processes the opening of new accounts and administers the application of prices and terms negotiated by our Sales Force.
